Wedding in an old convent close the Wine Farm in Florence

This couple chose the church of an old convent for the celebration of their wedding ceremony. Friends and family have been waiting for the bride and, as tradition, she let them wait a bit.
The cocktail and the reception were held in the Wine Farm, immersed in the Tuscan countryside.
I really want to thank Jason Hales to let us publish his photos.

A romantic wedding in Tuscany: a couple of professional dancers and our Wine Farm close Firenze

I'm back with a fantastic series of photos of a romantic wedding celebrated in the private garden of an ancient Villa, the private residence of the owners of our Wine Farm close Florence.
First of all I have to let you know that this is a really special couple, they are both professional dancers from the USA and the really have a fantastic talent!!
But second, the groom is one of the most romantic man I've ever met. He came to the bride's apartment asking to her father if he could marry her, and when the father said "yes" and she came out, he started to sing a romantic song, played by fantastic professional musicians: an accordion player and a guitar player.
After the serenade, it was the time of the walking to the garden for the ceremony performed by a friend of the couple.
And after that, the aperitif with also the musicians, they played typical Tuscan and Italian songs, perfect for the couple who didn't lose time and started to dance!

The last serenade just for the bride and the groom and it was time to start the dinner, the terrace was beautiful that night!
We also got the chance to open the private cellar and take some photos with the barriques!
The wedding cake was an Italian dessert, the Millefoglie, and I chose to set it on a barrel, something different!

One day, a wedding in Florence ...

This has been a really "private & friendly" wedding! The Bride and the Groom wanted a Catholic Wedding and, as professional designers, a Reception in a "not ordinary" location. We found a perfect mix with a really ancient Church in the Florence and a modern location with a stunning view on Florence.
As always I took picture, and as I'm not a professional photographer they are not so good as I hoped, but they give an idea of the atmosphere of the day. Of course, I'm really looking forward to seeing the professional photos!!!
I really thank this couple, it has been a pleasure working with them, exchange opinions and drink good wine!

As always our florist is the best!! Here the packages for the bouquet and the bouttoniere!
